Yes — Arabic is the default language with full RTL, and English is available via a toggle for every screen and form.
How is each organization’s data isolated?
Through enforced PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (FORCE RLS) at the database layer — every query runs inside an isolated tenant context.
Can my organization keep its own identity?
Yes — every organization manages its own landing page from a built-in CMS: name, description, sections, and contact details in both languages.
Is there billing or subscription management?
Not yet — billing is on the roadmap and is not advertised as an available feature.
How are certificates issued and verified?
Each certificate gets a unique serial and verification hash; a public path returns a match result without exposing other data.
Are certificates government-accredited?
Certificates are completion documents issued by your organization; we claim no governmental accreditation unless your institution provides its own.
